Why are you looking for a new position?

Over three quarters of the time, a job seeker is driven to look for a new job by reasons that are less than emotionally positive. They had a disagreement with a coworker, a review they might not agree with, a change in management, didn’t get a promotion they wanted so or a combination of them. So they decide enough is enough, I’m going to look for a new job. What they do not realize is that the emotions driving them to search for a better position could be a major factor in why they do not find it. In fact statistically, the majority of job seekers who are driven by negative factors often take a position that is less than ideal.
